Terms & Conditions

All limousine bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
Full payment is required prior to the commencement of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of service will incur a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
A 15-minute grace period is provided for all non-airport pickups. Extra stops or route changes will be subject to $20 per additional stop.
Services between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM is subject to a $20 surcharge.
Additional charges may apply on public holidays or during major events.
For sightseeing tours and coach charters, licensed guide fees apply and will be charged separately.
Entrance fees to tourist attractions, meals, and personal expenses are to be borne by guests.
